1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Relief Hub. “Website” refers to the website and related services. “User” refers to any person using the Website or its services.


2. Scope of Services
Relief Hub provides coordination of medical tourism programs, logistical facilitation (including reception, accommodation, and transportation), and connects users with licensed medical and wellness providers in Egypt Relief Hub does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.


3. Medical Responsibility
All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans are the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare providers. Relief Hub bears no liability for medical outcomes.


4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are subject to providers’ policies. A 20% deposit of the total cost is required upon confirmation to cover initial coordination fees, with the remaining 80% due upon arrival. All fees are disclosed prior to confirmation and may include travel/complication insurance options. Payments via secure methods such as credit cards or bank transfers.


5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and program. Typically, the deposit (20%) is non-refundable after 48 hours from confirmation, while the balance is refundable per provider policy. Terms are communicated before final confirmation.


6. Website Use
Users must use the Website lawfully and refrain from misuse or infringement of intellectual property rights.


7. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Relief Hub and may not be used without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability
Relief Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or reliance on its content. Users assume risks of medical travel voluntarily.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with jurisdiction vested in Egyptian courts.


10. Amendments
Relief Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
